Insuperable location. Period building renovated with taste and maintaining impressive original features like the wooden floors, beams, and stone walls. Well ventilated. Plenty of communal spaces to hang out, work or relax. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good WiFi. Good breakfast options (fruits, juices, vegetable milks, coffee, toasts, jams, honey, sugar, cereals...) included. Quiet and respectful guests. Comfortable mattress. Very safe for solo travellers.

The location is just perfect, you'll be right in the heart of Santa Cruz, there's many buses nearby and it's a great place to sleep if you want to visit the city. The breakfast is good too and the place is good looking and pretty clean from what I've seen.

Great, what you get for the price is great. Just be careful with parking. Night around is 10 euros. Better park half mile away for free and walk. Also the fan inside should be stronger and quieter. But if you open the capsule door for 5 minutes in middle of night, it helps. Thank you for nice experience, I will comeback. Opposite is market with fresh products and around corner many restaurants. Also it has roof terrace with view. Ideal for backpackers.

It was very clean, all shared facilities were cleaned daily, also the lockers for personal belongings are quite large so its easy to fit suitcases or hiking gear

I liked that the staff was very kind, making videos for me so I can actually enter after 22:30, and that they took care that I will be able to do it. It was very clean, well organised, very easy to arrive from the port.

The capsules r for individual use and they’re private and nice. Bathroom was nice too. Free breakfast included which was nice! Had muffins, crossoints, cereals, tea, coffee. And they let me have it earlier cos i was checking out early which was very nice!

Very helpful staff. A very efficiently run hostel in a lovely building. The breakfast was excellent. I liked the fact that it is Not a 'party hostel', and enjoyed the relaxed, calm atmosphere. Amazing beds like nothing I've seen before!

Very central location - in the city center and next to the beach., Comfortable beds and a lot of privacy because of the capsule. Breakfast included. The staff is friendly..

The capsules are stacked in an authentic dark wood-rich Canarian house organized around an impressive light well. Spacious terrace overlooking the street with a view towards the beach. Everything is close by (supermarkets, beach, town square and main shopping street). A small but still fulfilling buffet breakfast is included with attention to special needs (vegetal or lactose-free milk).
